These prices reflect labor only, product can vary depending on name brand and location or purchase. Removal does not necessarily include disposal, a flat rate depends on the weight of the product removed. Some heating systems must be removed prior to my arrival (I am not allowed to move disconnect or reconnect steam pipes, toilets Ext.) though I can find someone to take care of that for you.
